Return Policy

We will happily refund or exchange any items that are damaged or that have been incorrectly purchased within 14 days of purchase and with proof of payment (your original order form will suffice).

Please check the contents of your Petlocation package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package. Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment.

If it is necessary to return items for either of the above reasons, please send us an e-mail to info@petlocationuae.com/

*Please note that there will be no refund for garments (clothes), toys, or pet beds.

*Fleas, ticks, and ringworm are some of the problems that can be transferred from one animal to another through used items.

*Items that are returned worn, altered, damaged, dirty, or otherwise in a condition where they can’t be resold can’t be refunded or exchanged.
